The Grassroots coaching initiative has been created by the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) in order to better prepare and educate beginner coaches.

 

At the Grassroots level, children learn and develop their full-potential thru game-like experiences in an enjoyable environment that supports individual growth.

 

DDYSC is offering an introduction to the USSF Grassroots coaching courses & philosophy. In these 2 hour courses, coaches will learn about the 6 tasks of a coach, and how to execute a Play-Practice-Play training session:

• Coaching Games
• Coaching Training Sessions
• Leading the Player
• Leading the Team
• Managing the Performance Environment
• Leadership

Coaches who attend either course will receive a free gift!
